Unify Compliance for WordPress is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 3 or later. This ensures you have the freedom to use, modify, and redistribute the software in accordance with the GPL.

2. Disclaimer (Not Legal Advice)

Important: Unify Compliance for WordPress provides tools to assist with GDPR, NIS2, and AI Act compliance, but it does not guarantee compliance. We are software developers, not lawyers.

Using this plugin does not automatically make your website compliant with any laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your website and business practices comply with all applicable regulations. We recommend consulting with a legal professional to verify your compliance status.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

• Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the pro features until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arwen Digital, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country in which Arwen Digital is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
